IF wants to use the know-how and knowledge which is available in different Western European Countries and translate it to a system of multidisciplinary care for people with Spina Bifida in the new European Member States.
This workshop will consist of three main parts:
- In the first part the multidisciplinary team of Leuven will be presented as a model of good practice to the audience
- In a second part the experts and the audience together will extract the critical success factors of this team. This will bring us to practical information needed to be able to implement this approach successfully also in other countries
- The last part will be a practical session where participants will identify the next steps for them to take towards the implementation of multidisciplinary teams in their country. Experts will support them in that exercise
